Saint Panteleimon

The monastery of Saint Panteleimon is located higher from the Kazaviti. It is estimated that the temple of the monastery was built in 1843 with stone from the mountain and has a wooden roof covered with slate. Next to the temple is a cave from which it is said that the Saint passed. From the 18th century there are people that visit the monastery seeking cure from the Saint. In 1987 the hermitage became a monastery, and every year on 27 July is celebrated the festival of St. Panteleimon.
