Securing funding for the biological stations of Thassos!

Funding for four more projects biological treatments

"This is specifically for work upgrading the biological station Virgin rivers, the construction project a new biological station for the municipal departments Kallirachi, Savior, Redeemer Scala, the work of construction of the transmission of water from the municipal district of La Scala in Rachoniou Biological Station of Prinos and new construction project for the biological station districts Theologian, Marion, to be held in conjunction with the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.
"These are major projects. For-term projects that will solve the problem of disposal and treatment of wastewater and will improve the quality of life for residents and visitors to the island," said the "Fed" Mayor Thassos. The ancient theater and the museum Vagi

Then, the mayor visited Thassos Culture Ministry, which arranged the last outstanding issues in order to proceed with the task of completing the restoration of the ancient theater at the Port, which has approved funding of 1.8 million euros. At the same time, began an effort to clarify the ownership of the museum which held the works of the great sculptor Thasos Polygnotos Vagi.
